About Gaea
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (#117978) and founder of Unfolding Self Psychotherapy, I see clients in private practice, supervise Associate therapists, and offer depth-oriented, trauma-informed care to individuals, and couples.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent my teenage years modeling in Paris, an experience that shaped my early relationship with food, body image, and perfectionism. Healing from these patterns has given me a deep, lived understanding of the struggles many clients face around identity, self-worth, and the pressure to achieve.
I earned my MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, with a specialization in Spiritual Depth Psychology, and my BFA in Photography from the Rhode Island School of Design. My clinical training included work at the Women’s Clinic Counseling Center, Krevoy Institute for Eating Disorders, Antioch University Counseling Center, and the Center for the Study of Young People in Groups / Teen Line.
Working with me, you’ll find a space where you are deeply seen, heard, and also challenged to grow. I offer a balance of compassionate presence and honest reflection, helping you recognize and outgrow patterns that no longer serve you.
My approach weaves together trauma-informed care — including EMDR, the Trauma Resiliency Model, mindfulness, somatic work, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy — tailored to meet you where you are. As a creative at heart, I bring warmth, curiosity, and creativity into the therapy room, whether through language, humor, or finding new ways to approach old struggles.
Our work together isn’t about fixing you — it’s about uncovering and strengthening what’s already whole within you.

About Bo
With a deep commitment to holistic healing, Bo brings curiosity, intuition, and a heart-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy. Her integrative style draws from narrative therapy, depth psychology, expressive arts, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic techniques. She also weaves in hypnotherapy, sound healing, and astrological archetypes to support deeper insight, meaning-making, and spiritual reconnection.
Bo specializes in working with creatives, highly sensitive and neurodiverse individuals, women navigating transitions or burnout, and those living with CPTSD, anxiety, or depression. She is especially attuned to the ways society instills a sense of “not enough,” helping clients dismantle these beliefs to cultivate self-trust, empowerment, and spiritual connection.
As a first-generation immigrant and former Creative Producer in the entertainment and advertising industries, Bo brings empathy, depth, and reverence for complexity to her work. Her sessions are collaborative, expansive, and gently transformative — grounded in the belief that tending to our inner world brings more light to the world around us.
Bo holds a BS in International Management and French and an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Her clinical experience includes co-facilitating grief and loss groups, leading expressive arts therapy with children, and providing individual therapy for adults and teens.
