Coming Back To Self
Unfolding Self is excited to announce a new virtual group offering: Coming Back to Self.
NEW DATE!
January 19th, 2026
A 6-week exploratory journey to reclaiming your inspiration and flow, refining your creative identity, and quieting the inner critic.
Are you someone who feels drawn to create but struggles to give yourself permission?
Whether you’re rekindling an old artistic passion, exploring a new creative outlet, or feeling stuck in your current practice, you’re not alone.
Join us for a virtual process group that will take place over 6 weeks and explore the lesser traversed aspects of Self; the parts of your psyche that have been neglected or even forgotten in the chaos of our busy lives. We’ll focus on excavating and reclaiming these lost aspects in order to initiate and nurture artistic connection.

About The Facilitators

About Bo Djogo
Bo is an associate therapist who uses Narrative therapy, somatic experiencing, and IFS in her approach to working with clients. In her past life, she worked as a creative producer, an experiential producer, and finally an executive producer in branded entertainment and advertising. Leading teams of writers, graphic designers, artists, performers, and musicians through the creative process, from concept to execution, was enlivening and really fun, until it wasn’t.
Experiencing intense burnout, Bo left advertising and took a hiatus during which she went back to school and implemented a radical lifestyle shift. She discovered her purpose in the psychotherapeutic work she does with clients, and is impassioned by making holistic and alternative modalities more accessible and integrated for all.
In her free time, Bo is slowly developing a burgeoning painting practice spending as much time as possible outside, remembering to stretch her body, and also sings in a choir.
About Meredith Bishop
Meredith’s approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. In a judgment-free space, you will deepen the connection with yourself in order to deepen your connection with others.
As a parent, former actor, and creative in the entertainment industry, Meredith understands that our identities are constantly shifting. She strives to help you find balance and peace while navigating those transitions. She offers creative, holistic, trauma-informed approaches that emphasize our innate capacity for healing and growth.
Meredith received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles. Her extensive training includes working with diverse populations at Antioch’s community based mental health clinic, as well as working in school-based outreach supporting teens, families, and caregivers.
