Unfolding Self is excited to announce a new virtual group offering: Coming Back to Self.
Beginning November, 2025.
A 6-week exploratory journey to reclaiming your inspiration and flow, refining your creative identity, and quieting the inner critic.
Are you someone who feels drawn to create but struggles to give yourself permission?
Whether you’re rekindling an old artistic passion, exploring a new creative outlet, or feeling stuck in your current practice, you’re not alone.
Join us for a virtual process group that will take place over 6 weeks and explore the lesser traversed aspects of Self; the parts of your psyche that have been neglected or even forgotten in the chaos of our busy lives. We’ll focus on excavating and reclaiming these lost aspects in order to initiate and nurture artistic connection.
What you’ll walk away with:
A renewed sense of motivation, inspiration, and connection to your creative spirit
A newfound respect for your inner artist, and for your Self
A tool-kit of new (or refreshed) skills for finding center, so that you can move into the holidays, and 2026, feeling more creatively embodied and empowered

All are welcome, but this is a closed group, and you must register ahead of time to reserve your space. There are no drop-ins.

Group sessions will begin 11/10 and will run for 6 weeks.
FEES:
